About us
Fenwick
Koller & Associates is a network of independent consultants and
trainers from around the United States. We pull from our vast
network of resources and have successfully competed against the
larger consulting firms. Our principle partners are Rick Fenwick
PhD and Ron Koller.
Rick
Fenwick has a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology and a
Master of Arts degree in Educational Psychology from Ball State
University. He has a Doctor of Philosophy degree in Organizational
and Social Psychology from The Union Institute. He consults in
organization development and training and specializes in planned
change in unionized environments. He also works as a professional
mediator in resolving organizational and community conflict.
He
worked in production for 10 years and for 10 years as a Joint
Training Representative for the UAW at GM’s Inland Fisher Guide
facility at Anderson, Indiana. He was special assigned to the UAW
staff at the UAW-GM Center for Human
Resources at Auburn Hills by Steve Yokich from 1990 to 2000 where
he worked in HRD providing consulting services to GM plants. He
has worked for the past 7 years as an external consultant
providing services to organizations that include General Motors,
Delphi, Ford, Denso, the State of Michigan’s Department of
Education, and the State of Texas’ Workforce Commission.
Rick
also teaches for the University of Phoenix Online Campus at the
undergraduate, master’s, and doctoral levels. He has mentored
students in their doctoral dissertation work to include GM
executives.
Ron
Koller is a
consultant and trainer specializing in leadership development,
team alignment, communication and culture change.

In a
consulting capacity, he has helped several companies
implement
changes
to processes and organizational structure utilizing methods that
helps gain
commitment from employees while minimizing impact to the
organization.
In
providing training services, he is responsible for coordinating
and delivering several key leadership development programs for a
major global organization. He also re-designed and delivered new
hire orientation for the salaried and hourly employees at this
same client.
Ron is
the co-author of two books published by Berrett-Koehler in the
fall of 2000 (Whole-Scale Change: Unleashing the Magic in
Organizations and Whole-Scale Change Toolkit). He has
co-authored numerous articles on organizational change, most
recently “The Road To Commitment” in the Journal for
Organizational development, Winter of 2005.
